Character Anatomy

This game (if completed) will have a decent anatomy system: This means that if you hit someone in the head with an arrow they won't just lose health--they will die from the injury, like in real life. Here is what happens when certain areas of the characters body are hit by either a stone, arrow, spear or sword:

The head: An blow to the head will always be fatal.

The upper chest: It is very likely to be fatal, but only losing health is also possible.

The stomach: It is likely to be fatal, but often the player will be able to survive.

The arms: If an arm is badly injured all weapons will become unusual-able: the injured player will have to run for their lives or scout until they die.

The legs: If a leg is damaged the player will lose 50% speed until death.

Enough of the above injuries will leave the player in a state of dying, which will last thirty seconds. After dying the player is removed from the game.

As you can see, just one hit can end a players life and they don't get to return to the same battle like they do in other games. My ambition for this game is to give the player a real experience of what an ancient battle was like.
